Mamibet Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the mamibet platform. Continued use constitutes your acceptance of all conditions set out herein.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mamibet platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mamibet as the platform operator.

Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the mamibet platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. mamibet reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in temporary account restrictions or permanent termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by another party using your credentials. Contact our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules
Users agree to use the mamibet platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, system manipulation, or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unauthorised advantage.
- Colluding with other users to cheat the system or gain an unfair advantage.
- Using another person's credit card or bank account information without valid authorisation.
- Posting content that is offensive, defamatory, or threatening towards other users or platform staff.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's technical infrastructure.
Mamibet reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Payment & Transaction Information
All deposit transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) using payment methods supported by the platform, including FPX, Touch n Go, and local bank transfers. Deposits are typically credited within minutes of successful payment confirmation. mamibet is not responsible for any delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with established procedures. Users may be required to complete an identity verification process before their first withdrawal or before withdrawals exceeding a specified limit are approved. mamibet reserves the right to hold withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms, pending investigation.
It is the user's sole responsibility to comply with any tax obligations or reporting requirements that may arise from their winnings or betting activity under Malaysian law. mamibet does not provide tax advice and accepts no liability for any tax obligations incurred by users.
Any transaction suspected of involving unauthorised payments, stolen credit cards, or any form of financial fraud will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities. Balances associated with such transactions may be frozen while the investigation is ongoing.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Mamibet provides its online platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption, technical errors, or data loss. Any financial losses arising from technical disruptions, disconnections during a gaming session, or system failures beyond our control will not be borne by mamibet, unless it can be clearly demonstrated that such losses were a direct result of the platform's own negligence.
Account Suspension
Mamibet reserves the right to suspend any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, attempted manipulation of the system, or any conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform. A temporary suspension may be imposed while an investigation is underway.
Account Closure
Accounts found to have committed serious or repeated terms violations may be permanently closed. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the outcome of the investigation. Users whose accounts have been closed without valid cause may submit an appeal through customer support channels within 30 days of the closure date.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the mamibet platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of mamibet or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The mamibet platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. mamibet has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from users' interactions with those sites.
Changes to Terms
Mamibet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on our website. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the current version.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the mamibet platform shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
